18th Viking Congress - Denmark August 5-12, 2017

The Congress Fee will be DKK 2.500 per person, DKK 1.750 for students.

The Congress Fee covers:

• Opening reception at the National Museum of Denmark
• Reception at the Old Town Hall, Ribe
• Printed conference programme and book of abstracts
• Admission to all conference sessions (6-11 August)
• Lunch and coffees during conference sessions, and excursions (6-11 August)
• Transfer excursion Copenhagen-Ribe, including entrance fees (8 August).
• Excursion to Hedeby (10 August)

The Conference fee does not cover:

• Transport to Denmark
• Accommodation and breakfast
• Evening meals
• Conference dinner party (option on registration, DKK 500,-)
•  Boat trip on Roskilde Fjord (option on registration, DKK 250,-)
• Post-congress tour (option on registration, expected c. DKK 3500, pending supporting funding. Price to be confirmed January 2017)
